You can register for an account when you check out. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.
PAYMENT & TAXES
All major credit cards are processed through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to check out through PayPal. All orders shipped within New York will be charged 8.875% sales tax.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS. Please allow an additional 2-10 business days for transit. I don’t include packing slips and use minimal packaging to save on paper waste.
Currently there is no International Shipping on this site. Only US orders. International orders can be placed through my Etsy shop.
Jenneng can’t be responsible for any lost/damaged packages. If you would like to purchase insurance please contact me before placing your order.
If you are in need of quicker delivery, please select either USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please email your return request for further details.
Return requests are accepted within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in brand new condition. I must receive the package back in my studio within 10 days of return request. Shipping will not be refunded.
Please be sure to re-package your item carefully to ensure your refund, minus shipping charges. Ship your item via a reliable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking. Please email me at hello [at] jenneng.com to let me know that it’s on it’s way along with the tracking info.
Your refund will be processed once the item arrives and is deemed re-sellable. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the bag will not be refunded and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Please note that Clearance Sale items are FINAL SALE! No refunds/exchanges.

I will never rent or sell your e-mail address nor will I share information regarding your billing and shipping information with third parties except for the purpose of processing your order payment and as required by law.
