Shipping & Returns

UPDATE! As of July 1, 2023 my bags are now only sold through my Etsy shop. If you have any questions please email me a hello@jenneng.com or use Etsy’s internal messaging system.


UNITED STATES: I now offer FREE shipping in the continental U.S. Orders are shipped standard USPS, but you do have the option to upgrade to USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express for an extra charge.

INTERNATIONAL: Unfortunately, my website only ships within the US. All international orders can be placed through my Etsy shop.

Orders are processed and shipped from my studio in NYC, typically within 3-5 business days after being placed. You will receive a tracking number once it’s ready to go. Your items will be packaged minimally in compostable mailers. Packing slips and receipts are not included to save on paper waste. I can’t be responsible for any lost/damaged packages. If you would like to purchase insurance please contact me before placing your order.

RETURNS: I want you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please email your return request for further details. Return requests are accepted within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in brand new condition. I must receive the package back in my studio within 10 days of return request. Shipping will not be refunded.

Please be sure to re-package your item carefully to ensure your refund, minus shipping charges. Ship your item via a reliable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking. Please email me at hello [at] jenneng.com to let me know that it’s on it’s way along with the tracking info. Your refund will be processed once the item arrives and is deemed re-sellable. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the bag will not be refunded and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Please note that ALL Sale items are FINAL SALE! No refunds/exchanges.
